interest rates at 3% put my savings pot asset at £40k

I was talking with Sue about my passive income from my part time business.
Currently I'm saving and earning £1200 a year as a passive income. But how else could you earn £1200 a year doing nothing?

One way is to put money in a savings account. Currently the  interest rates on offer in the UK are 3%. In order to earn £1200 every year, I'd need to put £40k into a savings account.

So, does this mean that the value of my business is £40k to me?
It does and this means that in the 4 months I've been working on this business, I've accumulated £10k per month.

If a part time business, valued at £40k within 4 months would be of value to you, then contact me and I can give you all the information and advice to start saving and earning today.

The value of my part time business, 4 months on..

I've been running my part time business for 4 months now and I wanted to share with you where I am. The reason? I want you to share in my success - I beleive that you could be where I am in less than 4 months.
Why? Because I have learned so much over these 4 months and I'm willing to share all my knowledge with you for your success.

My business is in helping people to make and save money. I consider that a gift.

4 months in - where am I?

I'm a customer and I now have 12 customers. The value to me is that the total I earn passively pays for my mortgage for 1 month of the year and has paid for a Spa Break for me and Sue on our wedding anniversary.
Passive income - means that I don't need to work ever again to generate that income.
If I don't do any more work on my business I will continue to save and earn £1100 each and every year.

However, I don't intend to stop building my business, so the big question is where will I be in the next 4 months

The next 4 months - where will I be?
I'm going to continue to gather customers, so with the knowledge I have, I'm looking at gathering a new customer every week. I've also got 6 people in my team and we are helping each other to build our business together. At this rate, I'll have 12 distributors, each with 12 customers in the next 4 months.
I'll be in a position to double double my business earnings.

Now, would something like this opportunity be of interest to you?

If so, please connect with me on facebook, send me a message and I can help you to build a nice residual (passive) income like mine, but better.

2 reasons why is twitter soooo good.

Twitter, for me is smoking hot right now, here's why...

Reason #1
I've just discovered the use of the @ which can reply to people.

Why is this good?
Well, I can actually have a conversation with people.

For example, last week I replied to ThomasPower and got a reply straight away. Wow, I'm communicating with Thomas Power (Mr Ecademy), This got me excited

Reason #2
Every day, you get all sorts of crapola thrust upon you by people trying to flog you stuff, pushing their agenda, etc. Papers, TV, etc. are all doing it.

With twitter you can listen to, watch (or not) stuff from other people of your choice.
It's something different for you to do with your headspace, which is not just following what celeb Z thinks is cool, its what you choose.

Linked with Reason #1 above, I think its easy to get some interaction.

That's my bit off my chest. Now for some twittering.

getting puppy to work with a compaq nx9005

If you love puppy linux like I do ( I regularly use it and plasmanetix at work to connect to our servers ) then you will love this article which focuses on getting puppy to work with laptops.

If you need any assistance feel free to contact me via my profile page (mark n hopgood blog on blogspot.com)

My main problems with puppy on my compaq nx9005 were:

booting (must be off cd)
saving (must be to usb key)
wireless (my success is with the netgear wifi card)

power saving (noise reduction)

Here's how...

1. insert a usb key into the nx9005
2. insert your netgear wifi card
3. boot puppy from cd/dvd
4. at boot prompt, use the following boot option: puppy pfix=nox, ram

(booting x windows and setting up display)

5. after starting and at the # prompt type xwin
6. choose the Xvesa option
7. X windows starts, choose 1024x768x24 and click test, then click ok

(setting power options)
8. edit the following file
/etc/rc.d/rc.modules

near the end of the file

put a # at the beginning of the line [ ! -d /proc/acpi ] && modprobe apm

then after the #[ ! -d /proc/acpi ] && modprobe apm
insert the following

if [ -d /proc/acpi ];then
modprobe ac
modprobe battery
modprobe button
modprobe fan
modprobe processor
modprobe thermal
modprobe powernow-k8
modprobe cpufreq_conservative
modprobe cpufreq_ondemand
modprobe cpufreq_powersave
modprobe cpufreq_userspace
modprobe cpufreq_states
else
modprobe apm
fi

9.shutdown, restart, saving to the sda (usb drive ) I use 32MB because it is quicker to write
